Madhuradhwani is an exclusive Indian Classical Music festival held in Singapore over 3 days. The festival’s objective is to spread the Indian classical music tradition in Singapore and South East Asia, and aims at making Singapore as a hub for classical music lovers in South East Asia to attend and witness captivating performances from legends, popular performers and promising, upcoming artists in the field.

The first edition of Madhuradhwani aptly rolled out as a celebration of the birth centenary of doyen GN Balasubramanian. Featuring PadmaBhushan Sudha Ragunathan and Sangeetha Kalanidhi Madurai TN Seshagopalan, the maiden attempt saw an overwhelming response among the audiences from Singapore and Malaysia.

Encouraged by this response, Madhuradhwani became an annual feature and subsequent editions of the festival featured legendary and front-line artists.

The success of any festival depends on the support from the artists and the audiences, something that Madhuradhwani is blessed with in abundance. The festival team tries to create a personal and memorable experience that makes people feel associated.

Madhuradhwani completely operates on a non-profit basis, and the entry barriers are kept minimal to encourage more participation.
